Hosted weekly client meetings with council, contractors, client, engineers and architects to insure all aspects of the project was completed on time & within budget.

Contractors
Provided and managed all contractors (Foreman, Bricklayers, Painters, Electrician and Waterproofing) on day and night shifts.

Health & Safety and toolbox talks.
We provided traffic control and added temporary walkways, while the hotel entrance was as work site.
